Alphonse my loyal partner of many adventures needs a new owner... I'm going back to Europe after 10 000km with him down in Cali, Arizona, the Pacific Northwest and the prairies of Alberta.
He is fully equipped to be a comfortable house on wheels for someone with the right spirit!
I have recently been working on him, he has a new fuel pump, new distributor, ignition coil, ignition module, timing chain and all filters have less than km.
The engine is a 302 v8, it runs just fine. The tires are in good shape.
He comes with a raising roof, a Coleman dual propane burner, a fridge, kitchen gear, spare wheel and tools to change tire, some mechanical tools, lots of storage space, a comforter, pillows, two kerosene storm lanterns for a great vibe and a bunch of candles.
Alphonse attracts endless sympathies on the road and many a smile, with once in a while the odd finger accompanied by a "f*** hippie" (especially in Alberta!)
He has some rust spots here and there to add to his unorthodox charm but he's still got many miles ahead of him in the right hands.
